USfastprint.com strives for a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all of our products. While customizable products are not normally accepted for returns and refunds, we hold your satisfaction in the highest regard and often accept requests for returns.

The Error Is USfastprint.com’s Fault (ouch!)

If there is a product quality defect, printing error, spelling error, or any other product error that is USfastprint.com’s fault, we will return, reprint, or exchange your affected products 100% as long as the error is brought to our attention within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is on us.

You’ve Made A Mistake (oops!)

We all make mistakes. We will accept claims, within 30 days of purchase, for returns/exchanges on products with mistakes made on your part on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee of return, exchange, or refund on faulty products whereby the mistake is yours. Return shipping fees will apply.

Blank Products

Did you order the wrong blank product or was the blank product not what you expected? Submit a claim within 30 days and we will return and refund your purchase. 15% Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Fees will apply.
